DEC Scanner by Tramex is a non-destructive electrical impedance moisture detector for roofing and waterproofing systems which is able to detect as little as 2% excess moisture to a depth of up to 6 inches.
A Core Sample with a contact moisture Meter verifies findings.
Under the Roof Moisture Survey
IR detection can be done underneath the roof, between the interior ceiling and the roof structure. By using infrared thermography, IR Test technicians can find specific spots where moisture is being trapped under the roof so you only have those areas to repair.
This thermal imaging photo identifies moisture leaking through the roof plumbing.
Aerial Infrared Scan
This is the most efficient way to conduct a commercial infrared roof moisture survey. Nothing prevents the IR thermography from detecting even the smallest signs of a leak.
